Hospitality Heroes!
The Arvada Visitors Center recognizes a few of the amazing hospitality ambassadors in our community and thanks them for making our city a place with a reputation for amazing hospitality for residents and tourists alike.
Morgan Mauff - Fade It Golf and Social Club
We are thrilled to recognize Morgan Mauff and congratulate her for making our community an amazing place to live and work!
How long have you been working at Fade It Golf and Social Club? And what is your job title?
I have been at Fade It since September 2025 and my job title is Bartender/Customer service rep.
What is your favorite part of being a part of the Fade It team day in and day out?
My favorite part of being part of the Fade It team is that it never feels like work. Our owners go above and beyond to support our staff and make everyone feel like family. I love being able to come in even on a day that isn’t so great because everyone is welcoming, kind and supportive.
The faces of our team and meeting new customers every day, and being able to have wonderful conversations and meet new clients is so beyond exciting and always brings me joy.
If someone is new to our community and unaware of all the fun stuff going on at Fade It, what would you share with them?
Our Golf simulators are insanely fun. They provide real-life stats on your gameplay as well as help you to improve on your swing and drive. If you’re not much of a golfer, like me, we have pool tables, darts and ping pong.
On special occasions, we have so much fun hosting car meets, hosting farmers markets, and even on holidays, we have fun craft events for kids and adults alike. 363 days a year, we have activities for adults, and we also have an all-inclusive kids' corner filled with games and crafts.
In life, do you have a "mantra" or theme to live by? Something that guides you in work, personal and beyond?
A theme I like to live by is “live today as if it’s your last.” This quote helps you pick out the positives in everyday life and strive to be the best version of yourself. This also helps me focus on how I treat the people I’m surrounded by, because I would never want someone’s last memory of me to be a fearful or vengeful one.
What is your favorite way to spend a day off from work?
My favorite things to do on a day off are go line/swing dancing with my friends, as well as do arts and crafts. I am also quite the baker (anyone at Fade It, even our regular common customers, can attest to my cake pops and banana bread).
