Arvada has been selected to be part of Visit Denver’s official bid to host the 2030 Gay Games and Denver recently
learned they are one of the two global finalists!
The International Site Selection Committee will visit the metro area this summer to inspect all venues and the
winning city will be announced this fall. Governor Polis is fully on board, championing this incredible opportunity expected to
bring 12,000+ visitors and $110 million in economic impact to the metro area…all within a week.
You are invited to a special Welcome and Wow’em! Breakfast on the G-Line Plaza in
Olde Town Arvada with the international Site Selection Committee members.

7:30am – 8:45am
(Selection Committee members will arrive at 7:50am via the G-Line; we want all breakfast attendees in place prior to 7:50am to greet them)
Where:
RTD G Line Plaza in Olde Town Arvada
(In case of inclement weather, there will be an alternate location in Olde Town; we will notify all attendees via email at least 24 hours prior to 7/17 if there is a change of location.)

- Harold D. Lutz Complex – all things kickball
- The G-Line – connecting Olde Town Arvada (a featured cultural hub during the week-long Games!) to downtown Denver for all the food, fun, and festivities that only our community can offer!
