Live Music All Summer Long in Arvada
Now that the weather’s finally playing nice, it’s the perfect time to get outside—and stay there. And what pairs better with warm summer evenings than live music? Luckily, Arvada is bursting with it. From festivals featuring live music to local spots with patio performances, live music happens nearly every night of the week.
If you’re ready for tunes that aren’t coming from a jukebox, you’re in the right place. This summer, check out these local spots serving up the best in live music—from homegrown talent to well-known headliners.
The Arvada Center: The Summer at the Center Concert Series promises some great shows in an amazing outdoor amphitheater (really, it is a summer must-do!), including Matteo Bocelli, Buena Vista Orchestra, Andy Grammer, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Denver Brass, Mozart under moonlight, and many more.
Bluegrass Olde Town and Bluegrass Candelas: Plenty of great live music in Olde Town and the Candelas location from regulars and some new faces, too.
Colorado Tap House: Enjoy live music every Wednesday from 5:30 to 8:30, featuring local musicians playing your favorite covers and originals (on the patio when weather permits)!
Flights Wine Cafe: What could be better than wine and live music on Saturday nights? Throw in a dog-friendly patio, and this could be your new weekend hangout! Check the calendar for artists and more special events.
Freedom Street Social: Every Saturday night, there is live music at this west side hotspot, with plenty of dining options and a full bar serving local spirits, brews, wine and cocktails.
La Dolce Vita: Live music every Saturday evening and Sunday during the mid-day. Also, LDV features a few open mic nights if you’re feeling the stage calling your name.
Final Fridays at LUKI Brewery: Come by LUKI Brewery for a Final Friday party every month! Starting at 6pm on the last Friday of the month for live entertainment and great deals.
Marmalade Lounge:Join in the cool vibes at Marmalade Lounge (located via the alley behind Clementine’s Salon in Olde Town) with live music every Wednesday from 6pm - 8pm.
Second Saturday Summer Concert Series and Street Festival in Olde Town: Where else can you see 4 bands, shop, enjoy delicious food and drink and keep the kiddos entertained? Check the link for each month’s lineup of bands, FAQ, map and schedules. Dates are May 9, June 13, July 11, and August 8.
Rockabillies:One of Arvada’s most popular live music venues, they feature acts such as Tiny Pockets, The Shooks and ReCline. Keep an eye on the calendar all summer long.
School House Kitchen and Libations Patio Sessions: Don’t miss performances every third Wednesday of the month this summer, Patio Sessions. And enjoy cocktails featuring Heaven Hill. School House also hosts an Open Mic Night every second Thursday of the month.
Silver Vines Winery: Sometimes music is a little better with a glass of wine. Silver Vines has live music scheduled throughout the summer in their adorable winery on Grandview Avenue.
