This August marks an incredible milestone for Eli Ashby Healing Arts Center—20 years of service, healing, and heart in the Olde Town Arvada community.

What began as a vision on a historic property has grown into a beloved sanctuary for holistic wellness. Eli Ashby is more than just a healing center; it’s a place where guests are welcomed like family and treated to truly unique, restorative experiences.
In this special anniversary feature, we sat down with founder, Lori Drienka, to reflect on two decades of dedication, the inspiration behind opening the center, and the passion that continues to drive its mission today.
1. Congratulations on TWENTY YEARS this month! Take us back, what was the inspiration for opening in Olde Town Arvada?
Well, I stepped onto the property and had a vision of a healing arts center. I feel I was called in to be a steward of the property and pick up as a place of healing where Dr. Russell and Dr. Foster left off so many years ago.
2. If someone has never been to your business, how would you describe it?
A unique experience with extraordinary services and atmosphere. Customer service is #1.
3. What is the most popular service that Eli Ashby offers - - what do your clients most often book for?
We are known for amazing massage and facials. Our practitioners are well seasoned and professional offering high quality medical massage and skincare.
Part 2. : What is the service that YOU most enjoy doing?
Spiritual Advising (including Reading and Clearing) is my favorite. Having been trained by Robert Detzler, the founder of the Spiritual Response Association, I enjoyed working as a National Consultant for his organization for years before offering Readings and Soul Clearings to the Arvada community.
4. What do you love about owning a small business in Arvada?
Over the last 20 years we have enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people from Arvada and the surrounding areas. We’ve built lasting relationships not only with these folks but their families who love to visit the area. I would have to say it’s the people that make our experience here the most enjoyable.
5. Everyone knows the challenges facing all small businesses right now. How can the Arvada community support you the most this year?
We offer a monthly membership that allows our clients to make a commitment to themselves to do something each and every month. From Massage to Crystal Healing, Readings, Facials, etc., everyone can benefit from this which helps us enjoy the opportunity to service our community.
