Arvada Press: The Mighty Burger closing in Denver Beer Co. Olde Town Arvada; in-house dining will continue serving burgers

When one door closes, another opens: shortly after The Mighty Burger closes its Airstream trailer doors on March 29, Denver Beer Co. Olde Town Arvada will debut its new in-house food menu — including revamped burgers — on April 1.
The Airstream and the current Mighty Burger staff members will be staying put, a spokesperson for DBC told the Arvada Press.
“We'll still have burgers and stuff here,” the spokesperson said. “We want to make sure that people know that, and that they don't just think that the Mighty (Burger) trailer is like closing and we're not going to have food anymore. It's going to be like a really similar concept.”
The DBC spokesperson said that some of the burger options — like sauces and toppings — will change, and there will be more options for kids. There will also be more salad options, a gluten-free bun and a vegetarian patty available when the in-house dining service opens.
In a message posted to its Facebook account, The Mighty Burger said that they plan to have locations in Louisville (at Lucky Pie Pizza and Taphouse) and Denver by May.
