Coming soon to a park near you! Movies Around Town is excited to return in 2022. Grab a blanket, some snacks, and bring the family to enjoy free movies at some of Arvada’s favorite parks.

Selected weekend rides in Arvada through October Bicycle Friendly Arvada (BFA) is proud to lead fun, organized bike rides all around the community from April into October each year. These rides are geared for cyclists of all levels with a focus on children, families and casual/recreational riders. There will be 5-7 mile Family Rides and 12-20 mile Recreation Rides.

All rides have a theme which include Coffee, Ice Cream, Hot Chocolate, Buffalo Bill, Community Gardens, Arvada History, Brewery, Pizza, Graveyards and many more. We will also have a bike corral at several Arvada Festivals.

The Arvada Farmer’s Market will be returning to the Town Square every Sunday this summer with a variety of local Colorado products and fresh produce including fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, cheeses, bread, baked goods, sweets, juices, kombucha, tea, pickles, dips, sauces, salsas, tamales, body care, plants, pottery, candles, jewelry, clothing and more. Featuring more than 50 vendors each week, you’ll see why the Arvada Farmers Market has been a community staple since 2009.

Since 1979, the City of Arvada has celebrated Independence Day with a spectacular fireworks display at the Stenger Sports Complex, 11200 W. 58th Avenue.

Taste of Arvada 2022, hosted by the Arvada Chamber of Commerce, features offerings from more than 70 Denver Metro and Arvada restaurants, bars, bakeries, craft breweries, and distilleries. The event also features live music, food trucks, and art vendors. In addition, restaurant and bar vendors will compete for coveted prizes in their categories, voted on by attendees.

SAVE THE DATE: Arvada Harvest Festival September 10 - 11 Arvada’s longest-standing event returns for its 97th year.

You bring your own chilis to the garden and we will roast them on our chili roaster and bag them for you. And you can also bring apples and bottles or jars and we will press the apples into juice with our apple press for you.
